The game itself is played by a group of individuals who tackle the duties of vampires and their human targets. The vampires, who are the dominant figures in the game, are entrusted with locating an ideal human target to make use of as their sexual plaything. The human target is then linked up and blindfolded, and the vampire players take turns making use of the target for their own sexual satisfaction.
